We were asked by historic buildings specialist Sam Perical at Building Conservation Services to carry out a deatiled architectural survey of a Devon church as he had been asked to consider some internal improvements to the internal layout for community use, for general remedial maintainance work and to provide the Parish with an upto date record by means of an accurate set of survey drwings.

We chose to use a survey grade 3d laser scanner for the survey in full colour so that we could provide, not only highly detailed survey drawings but colour overlays fro the client should they be required. Holding the point cloud data in our cloud starge means that should our client require further detail drawings in the future of areas they need to eork on they can call on us as we already have all of the data they need a bit like a digital twin!
